Introduction to the Hotel Room      ※ Related regulations for online room booking ■Time restriction for room booking, check in and check out: The deposit for room booking is 30% of the total amount of the room. Upon filling out the information online and making payment through remittance, it must be confirmed by customer service to finish the online room booking procedure. Check in time: after 14:00 PM everyday Check out time: before 12:00 PM everyday ■Room Cancellation (1)To cancel the room booking on the date of the booking, we will deduct 10% of the total room price as the room cancellation fee; while to cancel the room 2 days before the check in date, then we will deduct 40% of the total room price as the room cancellation fee. (2)To cancel the room booking on the check in date, we will deduct 100% of the room price as the room cancellation fee. ※If there is special reason that we must handle with methods different from above regulation, then the hotel must precisely notify this customer center about the “Individual case handling method agreed by the hotel”, then we will execute the change or cancellation, etc., matters according to the method agreed by the hotel. ■Change the Room Booking Order: (1)Our hotel will not take any change or reservation of the room booking order three days before check in date.
